Intego™ Systems, Inc., the leading provider of integrated communications, data, and tracking systems
for the health care industry, announces a partnership with Shands Jacksonville to conduct a Nurse Call Outcome Study. The hospital
will test Intego™'s new nursing-call ProNet.Net management software. The results of the study and subsequent final development of
the nursing station software will help reduce hospital costs, increase the nursing unit's flexibility, and improve the patient's
overall hospital health care experience.
The three-month beta test is being conducted in a live environment at Shands Jacksonville on the new orthopedic and neurology units,
with planned rollouts in additional units hospital-wide.
