Distributor Sales & Product Training Program

The goal of the Intego™ Distributor Sales and Product Training Program is to provide insight into the healthcare industry, specifically hospital communications and tracking networks to help facilitate the promotion and sale of the products and service we provide including basic knowledge of the features and functions of the Intego™ family of products.

Technical Training

The goal of the Intego™ Technical Training School is to instruct Intego™ personnel, distributors, subcontractors and end-users in the theory and operation of the Intego™ family of nurse call systems. Students will receive instruction in the following areas so that they will be able to service and maintain MedLink® and ProNet™ systems upon completion of the two-day course: System Layout, Cabling and Operation; Troubleshooting procedures and techniques; and Software Configuration. On the first week, day one will include the MedLink®  System hardware, day two will cover the Linux software used for both the MedLink® and ProNet™  hardware, and day three will cover the ProNet™  System hardware that is used with the Linux software. On the second week, day one will cover the ProNet™ hardware when used with the ProNet.Net™ software and day two will cover the ProNet.Net™ software.

All Technical Training Classes are held at the Intego™'s Corporate Training Facility in Jacksonville, Florida unless special arrangements have been made.
